Important Dates

• All Bills come out the 1st of each month.
• Late fees are assesed after the 15th.
• Cutoffs are assesed after the 25th.

Payment & Reconnection Policy

• Cutoffs are processed after the 25th of each month. To have service reconnected, your account must be paid in full, including all past-due balances and any applicable reconnection fees.
• Payments made after 3:00 PM may not be processed for reconnection until the next business day.
• If a crew member is called out due to non-payment after 4:00 PM or during the weekend, service will not be reconnected, and a $120.00 service call fee will be charged to the account.

Reminder all Credit / Debit Cards will incur a 3.70% or a $2.50 minimum service fee on every transaction.
